iTouch with more memory?

Anyone think that the iTouch memory is going to get increased in the next 6 months? I'm looking to purchase 2 new ones now that our classics are on the fritz but would rather wait if there's some with more memory coming.

the iPod Touch just got an increase in memory recently- it won't have a major rehaul for a while now.
