Mac to PC using External Hard Drive

My Mac was ruined but a co worker was able to get out the hard drive and put it in an external hard drive. Problem is, my new computer is a PC (runs on Vista). What can I do so that my PC will read my Mac files??? Please be as simplistic as possible when answering because I really don't know anything about this stuff. Thanks!

Re: Mac to PC using External Hard Drive
To access your Mac files from Windows, you're going to need MacDrive. It's a Windows application. Just buy the app and install it on your PC. Your PC will then be able to read/write to any Mac disc (i.e. CDs, DVDs, Hard Drives, flash drives, etc.).
