My wife and I are expecting our first and we would like a camcorder to capture memories. I have a Powerbook G4 OS 10.4.11, with a 1.67 Ghz PowerPC G4, and 512 MB DDr2 SDRAM. At this time I also have IMovie 10.5.2. We have a budget of $400 for camcorder + accessories, and I can upgrade to Leopard and the new ILife. However, IMovie '08 needs a faster processor, and we cannot afford to completely upgrade the computer. Are there any camcorders out there, that are decent, that I can use with my current set-up? Any assistance is appreciated.
