10.3.9 Makes MS Office Quicker

It seems as if after the latest Panther update (10.3.9) Word and Powerpoint load a lot faster. Haven't checked Excel yet.

Mine won't even load.
Off-topic but my Office applications refuse to launch now. I reinstalled and all I get is the spinning beach ball and have to force quit. Good thing I don't need them too often. Any ideas? Already tried zapping PRAM before reinstalling Office.

Do you know where i can find a free download of office 10.3.1. Im using ang ibook g4 10.3.9,tried to install different versions but wont work. much appreciated if you could provide me a link where to download. thanks!
