Bonjour conection-Lexmark

Trying to connect my cheapo Lexmark Z605 printer through an Airport Extreme Base Station (not the new gigabit one but the one before that) using Bonjour. My PC laptop recognizes it but when I try to print the printer software says the printer must be connected to a USB port. I have used the printer connected to my G4 iMac and connected the PC through the network to the printer and used it OK.
Should I use a generic driver or something, or is there no hope of networking this printer through the router?

I'm having the same problem with a Lexmark X75 All-in-One.

In addition, I can't use any of the special features when I go through the Mac. I can print through the Mac, but that is all. I get the same error as the previous post when I try and print through the PC.
