USB Device Removal Message PopUp

I have an intel imac and since installing leopard I have experienced an odd situation: A recurring error "Device Removal" popup. I have not removed any devices, turned off an external drive, etc. To make it a very frustrating 'issue' it does not happen every day; however on the days it does happen I can not do anything until I click OK or the return key.
I have run all of TechTools Pro tests and everything passes.

Re: USB Device Removal Message PopUp
EDIT: sorry, I think it was a false alarm on my end. Loose USB cable on one of my external drives. At least I hope so.

UPDATE: nope, it's doing it again. I'm getting the same message, frequently. A reboot did not help. I've had Leopard since launch, but I haven't had this problem until today. Very annoying.

10.5.2 issue maybe?
